Services We Offer
Breakfix
We have worked with multiple clients globally for Break Fixes through our ticketing mechanism. We booked multiple engineers for 2 hours, 4 hours, half day and full day tasks. Tasks included Network, Cisco and Desktop supports.
Rollouts
Migration of 12,000 devices from Windows XP to Windows 7 was done. The project lasted for 7 months. For this project, our engineer went through rigorous scrutiny and were only selected for the project after passing many evaluation phases.
Cisco Support
Our support engineers provided Cisco Support for our client. We provide resources on need come basis to the client for resolution of issues related to Cisco hardware and software at different Asian, Middle East & American regions.
Outsourced IT Resource
We provided skillful Network administrators, Server Experts and Desktop Support Engineers for our client in Milan, Paris & Switzerland for full time IT support services.
Data Center Support
We worked on rack & stack for 20 server in each of the assigned 38 locations from different European regions. In the second phase, our engineers revisited all sites to configure the racked servers.
IT Stock Storage
Stock storage locations were provided globally for one of our clients in Europe. Locations included Paris, Germany & Switzerland. Network, servers, IT hardware and cisco related components have been successfully maintained from last 2 years.
End User Support
We provided resources in 26 countries for floor walking after the client had switched to MS Lync. The engineers answered end user queries related to the usage of Lync. This project involved extensive on-call training & interviews.
Windows Upgradation
PoS and laptop devices were upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. The project went on for 6 months and we worked successfully in 58 countries. Most of the locations required us to send multiple engineers on site.
