Data Center Support

We offer a range of services when it comes to data center support having our clients signing different types of retainer agreements with us. We currently offer 3 packages, Basic, Basic Plus and Premium.

We provide on-site coverage for all the major data center hubs in the world. We also store parts provided by our clients such as commonly used server parts for IBM, HP and DELL such as hard drives, RAM chips, processors, power supplies, fans and raid controller batteries , to be used for servicing under their retainer contract. Our response time is very less (Response time of a certain amount of hour’s means the time it takes to provide an engineer on-site from the time a request is generated). This guarantees problem resolution within the agreed SLA.

We have 4 types of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), NBD, 24x7x6, 24x7x4, and 24x7x2. Our personnel and technical resources are available globally, and we can tailor an SLA to fulfill the exact requirements of the client in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
