The client is a large prestigious multinational giant and all of their franchises, warehouses, factories and offices in 40 countries have been assigned to us for End User Computing Support and their Data Canter Support Services.

Around 50 visits daily worldwide by our Field Engineers take place. Daily on-site visit by our Field Engineers address the following issues:
